2011 Year-End Performances
Issaquah Dance Theatre presents the fun and fanciful youth production of "Alice in Wonderland", based on the classic story written by author Lewis Carroll. Primarily a ballet performance featuring mixed compilations of music by Tchaikovsky and various composers, there will be surprises and splashes of lyrical and contemporary, tapping by Tweedle Dee, Dum and the Tweedles, and yes even a mad hatting hip hop tea party scene. Bring the whole family to adventure through Alice's dream in wonderland!
Also this weekend, IDT will present its annual mixed repertoire performance of "Bodies in Motion", featuring IDT students, IDT AXiS Performing Group dancers, and New Vision Dance Company. Enjoy and be inspired by this diverse evening of dance!
