The Garathon: DAY TWO
The Garathon is an elimination-style improv tournament in which sixteen local NYC teams will vie for $500 by performing any style of improvisation they choose; winners will be chosen by a combination of audience vote and guest judges.

The Garys are a team of seven long-form improvisers (based in New York City) who have studied at The Upright Citizens Brigade Theatre (NYC), The Magnet (NYC) and Second City (Chicago). We met while training at the UCBT and have been performing together, as a team, since June of 2009. Over the last two years The Garys have performed all over New York and at festivals such The Providence Improv Festival, The Boston Improv Festival and are now hosting the first ever improv tournament at The Tank.
