St. George's Episcopal Church: Growing Hope Luau
St. George's Episcopal Church in Antioch, California has several outreach ministries including a food partnership with the Dan Brown Shelter in Antioch, work with a sister congregation in Monrovia, Liberia, and the Growing Hope Project of Holy Spirit Church.
Growing Hope is a ministry done in partnership with St. Alban's in Brentwood, St. John's in Clayton and St. Michael and All Angels in Concord. Growing Hope grows edibles for those in need in our community, advocates for those who are hungry, and offers spiritual care through the creation of garden sanctuaries.
All proceeds from the Growing Hope Luau will go towards outreach.
