The full menu is in the works, but will be a collaborative effort between Homebrew Chef Paxton and Brouwer's Chef Bob Tague to create a 7 course meal utilizing the full range of Firestone Walker beers. Each course will be described by Chef Paxton and the beer pairings will be addressed by a Firestone Walker representative.
