Southern Wines & Southern Chefs
Wines from Southern regions around the world chosen by Sommeliers Daniel Pernice of Osteria Mattone and Juan Cortes of Restaurant Eugene will be paired with dishes from Southern Chefs Woolery Back of Table & Main and Brian Jones of Restaurant Eugene. Join us for a Prosecco Reception beginning at 6:00, then dinner at 6:30 with three courses from each Sommelier/Chef team. We will finish with petit fours and coffee service.
