Spinning Babies Workshop
9 am -4:30 pm, please come a little earlier to get settled. We have a lot to cover. This fun class will be large.
What to bring: Water, paper, pen. Pillows. If you have a massage table that is easy to bring, please call Melody and tell her you can bring it. Bring it on in in the am and set up in the sides of the room. We need 4-6 massage tables. Bring a ball to sit on if you like, a rebozo if you have one, and a pillow or two for floor exercises ( i know I already said pillows :).
Lunch, box lunch available or bring your own. 12-1:30 pm.
This one day class has been awarded 6 CEUs from the Midwives Accreditation and Education Council (MEAC). You must attend all day to receive CEUs.
