Sandor Katz talks Fermented Foods
Sandor Katz, fermented foods fetishist and author of the highly popular, "Wild Fermentation" will be on hand for this special Alameda Natural Grocery lecture series. Sandorkraut, (as he's known) will provide an overview of fermentation, and the microscopic organisms that transform, extend and enrich food. Fermentation is found throughout human cultures, and now medical and scientific studies are confirming the many health benefits of fermented foods. You can learn of them too at this tasty talk. 40 PERSON LIMIT
