ONE NIGHT ONLY AT ALOFT! When both your parents have lymphoma and insurance won't cover the medical treatments you need, what do you do? You throw an amazing circus show for your parents- that's what! And then you go, "Yeah, take THAT, broken healthcare system!"... That is PRECISELY what these two kids are doing with a little help from an Aloft Full-Time program grad AND the talents, support and love from Chicago's rich circus artist and music community. Eat fancy-schmancy nibbles, buy one-of-a-kind art and delight in performances by wickedly-talented circus artists and Hanna and Josef Sol as MC Mary Beth Brennan (of Chicago's The Baby Magic and Girls Rock! Chicago fame) escorts us through this special evening's delights.
Doors open at 5 for mingling, noshing and buying. Show begins promptly at 6. No ticket sales at the door.
