Yeastie Boys - Check Your Bread II
Artisanal Pizza and Craft Beer Exploration (BYOB)
Come try Neoplitan pizza baked in a wood- fired oven paired with your favorite brew. Anthony Minervino (pizza maker and beer geek) will prepare four pizzas paired with four beers. Beers will be available to sample and guests should bring their favorites to share. Members of The Brew Council will explain different styles of craft beer and how they pair with certain foods. Co-hosted by Terry Boddie (Oualie Gallery) and Roger Apollon (Brew Council).
