A Day at Stateville
Changing Minds Campaign in conjunction with FIST (Former Inmates Striving Together) and Clockwise Theatre, presents a one-night-only, compelling presentation of a play written by Stateville prison inmates who are all doing natural life without parole. Performed by former inmates, "A Day at Stateville" features a post-show discussion where the audience can dialogue with the performers. The discussion is moderated by attorney Jim Chapman, who teaches the "Life Transformation Through Communication" class at Stateville, the class in which the play was written. This event is free, but you must reserve a seat using the ticketing process on this site.
