I Am My Brother's Keeper: Confronting Islamophobia

This event will provide an introduction to Islam, to the history of Islam in the West and to the use of hatred as a tool of fascism. Strategies for confronting Islamophobia in our community will be developed.  

Friday Evening's talk will be by Imam Abdul Rauf from "Ground Zero".

Saturday will include Jamal Rahman, Yvonne Haddad, Kathleen Christison and others. Lunch included

Supper will be at one of several mosques in the Seattle area.
