Great music, great setting, great fun! Buy your tickets now for the Newtown Bluegrass Festival. Concerts at 2:30 p.m. and 7:30 p.m. Performing at both concerts will be well-known bluegrass bands Straight Drive (www.straight-drive.com) and the James King Band (www.thejameskingband.com).

New to the festival this year is a special Bluegrass Party Jam at Isaac Newton's restaurant. The event will take place from 1:00 to 2:30 p.m. and from 4:30 7:00 p.m. Located just blocks from the Newtown Theater, the party will include live bluegrass music, a special barbecue menu, drink specials, and the company of fellow bluegrass music lovers. No tickets are required for the Party Jam.

The Newtown Bluegrass Festival is presented by and benefits Pickering Manor, Newtown's premier senior-living facility.
