Kids Birdathon
Experienced birders will lead teams of approximately six kids each (with parents along to observe and help transport birding teams). Groups will scour several kinds of habitat within the beautiful Point Reyes National Seashore, with a goal of having the kids spot 20 species per hour: a total of 60 bird species in three hours! The hike will be followed by a brown bag lunch lunch (bring your own lunch pleasesee "What to Bring" list below) and compilation celebration at the Dance Palace Community Center.
