Walking Big Day
Join expert birder and naturalist David Wimpfheimer for a Big Day on Foot. The group will walk through habitats ranging from coastal, wetlands, forest, grasslands, and riparian, as you walk from Limantour Beach to Point Reyes National Seashore Headquarters near Olema Marsh. The walk will be 12 miles, and 80-100 species of birds will be seen. The walk goes up and over Inverness Ridge, a gain of 1000 feet. This is not a trip for beginners: the goal is to see as many birds as possible during a challenging, but fulfilling day.

What to bring: Binoculars, hiking shoes, warm clothing, water, snacks
Limited to 15 participants
