Kings County's new home, at 1 Knickerbocker Avenue, has more space, more bathrooms, more seats, great sound, but the penises stay small.
Back for 2015 with half the girth at twice the worth, these guys are ready to rock. Expect a hard battle between the 2013 runner up looking to seize the SPB crown, and a talented field of first timers with tiny schlongs but lots of heart.
Hosted by the world famous Chicken Bitches, this year we have expanded the field to intergalactic competitors. Expect video submissions from around the world, along with all the showmanship and decorum you have come to expect from the world's foremost pageant for diminutive foreskins.
