EatwithyourEyes - Farm Tour!
C & S Hydro-Huts has been growing hydroponic vegetables for two years now, just east of Spokane, WA. They make a very seasonal local food reality a little more fun, with delicious local lettuce in the winter.
You can find their lettuce at The Davenport, Yokes & the Liberty Lake Farmers' Market, just to name a few.
The Whole Plate leads this first farm tour of 2011 to this inside farm. Meet the growers, check out a hydroponic food facility and take some lettuce home to share with your friends and family.

We'll meet in the Safeway parking lot in Liberty Lake and carpool from there.
