Lost and Found in the Mission
Mama Calizo's Voice Factory San Francisco, CA
Boathouse & Co. Performance presents Lost and Found in
the Mission, by Susie Hara and Rowena Richie. The play is based on real stories gleaned from notes, grocery lists, letters from jail, post-its, and bits of scripture found on the streets of the Mission District of San Francisco. A cast of seven performers brings the characters to life with songs, line dancing, jumping rope, a requiem, beat-boxing, a ghost, a brother-sister reunion, merengue, mass hallucinations, and a Cinderell-o story.
