The Metro Chamber Orchestra presents an afternoon from the Classical Era
Now in its Eighth season the Metro Chamber Orchestra return to St LUIke in the Fields to persent an afternoon from the Classical Era. Featured soloists will be Raphael Figueroa, principal cellist with the Metropolitan Opera in Haydn's Concerto in C. Once again pianist Christopher Vath colaborates with the MCO in a work by Haydn, this time the popular Concerto in D. Rounding out the program will be Mozart's joyous little gem the Symphony No. 34 in B Flat and the tempest like Haydn Symphony No. 49 "The Passion".
