Knife Workshop at Wisconsin Cutlery
Join Slow Food Madison and Bill Peterson, proprietor of Wisconsin Cutlery for a short workshop on knives, that most essential tool for cooking.
We will learn about choosing, buying, caring for, and maintaining good knives. [Please note that we will NOT be learning knife-skills or techniques; we hope to have a follow-up workshop in the spring for this.]
