The Kitchenbeard Kitchen: Provence

Kitchenbeard's Provencale Journey takes place back at Outpost India Basin on May 9th. Join me for a 6 course Provence inspired meal with a California twist. Remember, this a bring your own wine event. To make that process easier, the menu is below.

-Trois Crotin with Goat cheese and Roasted Tomato, Eggplant caviar, Garlic and Anchovies
-Pissaladiere with Creme Fraiche and Olive Tappennade
-White Bean Soup and Panisse
-Duck with Farro Pilaf and Gremulata
-Asparagus with Oranges and Basil
-Assorted Sweet Bites
