Fiscal Sponsorship Agreements for Nonprofit Organizations
Many new nonprofit and community organizations find that working with an existing 501(c)(3) organization as a fiscal sponsor is more practical and efficient than filing for separate 501(c)(3) recognition with the IRS. As a result, the demand for attorneys familiar with these unique agreements is increasing as more organizations seek out a fiscal sponsor, or decide to become a fiscal sponsor. This seminar will cover the basics of these agreements. This seminar has been approved for 1.5 hours of CLE credits for Washington attorneys.
