WAVE's Cooking Class- February 12th
Join Chef Kristine Subido as she leads each class through a fun demo and tasting, where students walk away with full stomachs and recipes to try at home. Class includes a welcome cocktail and a multi-course lunch with wine. Classes are 2:30-4:30 the first Saturday of each month.
For February's class Executive chef, Kristine Subido, will recognize two observances, Valentine's Day and National Heart Month, with her "heart-y" cooking demo and tasting, offering attendees an array of romantic recipes filled with heart-healthy ingredients.
Guests will eat their hearts out as Chef Subido prepares dishes rich in flavor – and antioxidants, including: Steamed Mussels in Tomato-Saffron Broth, Pan Roasted Duck with Dried Cherry Sauce and Pomegranate Poached Pears. In addition to this tasty multi-course lunch, guests will receive a welcome cocktail and wine with their meal.
