Seattle Dance Project's Project 4
Seattle Dance Project's Project 4 proves to be an exciting presentation of female choreographers from around the globe. Showcasing these vastly different women will create an engaging evening of dance. New works by Molissa Fenley, dance pioneer and director of Molissa Fenley and Dancers, and Hilde Koch, former Netherland Dance Theatre performer and Nacho Duato stager and coach, bring contrasting visual elements. World premieres by Ellie Sandstrom, director of SANDSTROMMOVEMENT and Stacy Lowenberg, dancer with Pacific Northwest Ballet prove to bring edgy and elegant to the program. Back by popular demand is "Surfacing" by Heidi Vierthaler. Last seen in Project 2, "Surfacing" was a wild card world premiere that quickly became an audience favorite. Don't miss this fantastic array of modern dance! Performances are January 28-February 5 at the Erickson Theater on Capitol Hill in Seattle, WA.
