Local Pig / 4 HANDS Brewing Co BEER DINNER
Enjoy 5 food courses paired with 4 HANDS Brewing Co beers.
MENU & BEER PAIRINGS:
RECEPTION- Pigs in a Blanket (chorizo verde/ puff pastry/ lime) & SEND HELP poured from a FIRKIN! Blonde Ale dry hopped w/ Amarillo hops and only available in cans outside of this beer dinner we will have the only KEG (FIRKIN) in KANSAS CITY!
1st Course - Fire Sticks (asparagus/ BellaVitano cheese/ caramelized onion/ balsamic)& CONTACT HIGH - Wheat Ale with northwest hops and dry hopped with fresh orange zest.
2nd Course - Stuffed Orbs (arborio/ mascarpone/ duck/ tarragon)& WAR HAMMER - Spring Seasonal Released in April with limited allocation that is a punch you in the mouth Imperial IPA!
3rd Course - PorkSlam (pork loin/ red pepper grits/ spring onion/ beschamel)& SUPER FLARE - BRETT IPA w/ mango & guava brewed in collaboration with Wicked Weed Brewing (Ashville, NC) that until this dinner has only been available in the 4 Hands Tasting Room!
4th Course - Spring Delight (caramel/ chocolate/ peanut butter/ berries) & MADAGASCAR - Imperial Bourbon Barrel Aged Milk Stout dry hopped with whole vanilla beans!
Ticket price includes Gratuity for staff.
