Michigan Dance Project (MDP) presents their exciting concert series, "Art Kinetic", featuring a collection of highly anticipated new repertory works, along with some old favorites. The concert includes contemporary, modern, jazz and hip hop dance, choreographed and performed by the MDP Company Dancers and invited guest performers.
Featured guests at our Riverside Arts Center performance are the "Stereojunkies Crew" from Detroit, and Morgan "Mo" Williams of Eisenhower Dance Ensemble.
MDP is a non-profit professional contemporary dance company, founded in 2006 by director Kathy King. This is MDP's second time visiting the Ypsilanti area. For more info, visit www.michigandanceproject.org.
