Thieves in the Night: Night Marchers
A recent trip through Bangkok introduced us to Sukhumvit Soi 38, an urban thoroughfare that at night transforms into a street food haven. The haunting memories of otherworldly meals keep sending us back. Think gravy-laden goy see mee to som tam packed with crabmeat. Food that threatens to break your mouth from the flavor.
Our next event is an eight-course ode to a mesmerizing place and the endless pursuit of that next great bite, even as day fades into night.
