Pair Excellence II - Crossroads Pollination

Pair Excellence II - Crossroads Pollination is a dining experience combining the delicious cuisine of Chef Celina Tio with the eclectic selection of beers of Torn Label Brewing.

Live music will be provided and shall run through the entire meal, and as with all 90.1 Events you will be encouraged to meet someone new. Communal seating is but one way we seek to strengthen the community in which we live.

Chef Celina Tio is fast becoming a Kansas City legend. A true entrepreneur, she the owner of Julian, in Brookside, as well as Belfry and Collection in the Crossroads. Even before that she had garnered both local and national accolades, including 2005 Chef Of The Year by Chef magazine and the James Beard Foundation's 2007 Best Chef: Midwest.

Torn Label Brewing Co. is relatively new in the fast rising craft brew scene here in Kansas City, but you would not know it by their bold and adventurous choices in brewing. Rafi Chaudry, Travis Moore, Carol Troutwine and Chad Troutwine are its oporators and carry with them the cumulative influence of time within the diverse craft beer scenes of Southern California, Chicago, Belgium and beyond, but remain dedicated to filtering those experiences into the spirit of innovation that has set American craft apart.
