In town for FLAMENCO FESTIVAL GITANO where he will appear as special guest with Pepe Torres
on November 16th, Juan del Gastor is an elder of one of the most revered families in
the history of Gypsy flamenco. Nephew of legendary guitarist Diego del Gastor,
Juan has accompanied such flamenco giants as Fernanda de Utrera, Juan Talega, and
Miguel Funi. His charismatic singing and dancing, his contagious good humor and
spontaneity have sparked off many an impromptu flamenco fiesta, concluding in the
early hours of the morning to the soulful sound of his guitar playing for Solea.
