Thanksgiving Farmers' Market Holiday Breakfast
For just $35 per person (or $250 for a table for EIGHT--call 309-530-0430 for details), you will get a hearty local farm-to-table breakfast featuring dishes such as organic local egg frittatas, homemade applesauce, fresh-baked pastries, crepes, herbed sausage, and more, all prepared by three local chefs while you watch:
** Joshua Huddleston of Medici
** Shamon Bell of The Dinner Bell
** Tom Chiavetta of the US Cellular Coliseum.
Breakfast will be served in the Coliseum's Corn Palace restaurant, overlooking the Thanksgiving Market and Pepsi Ice Center.
PLUS breakfast guests will get early admission to the Thanksgiving Farmers'Market--a full 30 minutes before it opens to the general public. The breakfast will open at 8:00 a.m. and end at 9:30.
Ticket sales benefit the Downtown Bloomington Farmers' Market, our local farmers, and Heartland Local Food Network Inc. Approximately $15 of each ticket sold will qualify as a tax-deductible donation to Heartland Local Food Network, Inc., a non-profit organization promoting development of a strong local food system in Central Illinois.
