It's 1896 and someone sinister is killing off members of the Four Elementals, New York City's quintessential brain trust. Police Commissioner Teddy Roosevelt suspects dread eco-terrorist, The Fish Monger; the remaining Elementals suspect Big Whale Oil's henchmen, the notorious Blowhole Gang and their cutthroat leader, Pirate Penny. The bizarre and impossible abound in the mysterious case of, THE LAND WHALE MURDERS.
