VIP Wine Dinner
A fabulous five course culinary experience showcasing fresh, local foods expertly paired with local wines. This is one gourmet dinner you won't want to miss!
The vineyards of Three Trails Winery provides the romantic backdrop for the premier event of the Santa Fe Food and Wine Festival. Culinary artisans led by chef Benjamin Hamrah will craft five courses to be served with local wines.
The dinner menu will include:
First Course
Fried Green Tomatoes nestled in arugula with farm-fresh goat's milk cheese. Topped with glazed Missouri chestnuts and drizzled with fresh herb vinaigrette.
Second Course
Missouri Rainbow Trout together with sugar snap peas, crispy bacon and tomato butter.
Entree Course
Vineyard Glazed Pork Belly with wood-smoked tomato, garden butternut squash and an apple composée .
Third Course
Heartland Le Fromage with assorted local cheeses, accompanied with a crispy baguette, strawberry preserves and salted honey.
Finale
Warm apple tarts with vanilla cream and a brown sugar chestnut crumble.
