There's a new Chef in town, Vancity!
Well, he's been in town for quite some time, having cooked up storms at Wildebeest, West, Bishop's, and many others in Vancouver and the UK (including a Michelin-starred restaurant).
But now Chef Jacob Deacon-Evans is joining Swallow Tail at one of our long table supper clubs to cook for you! This is an underground supper club, so byob please.
