Simultaneous Suppers - Laguna Beach
Join host Linda Lewis Elbert for an intimate dinner served with wine in her home in Laguna Beach. A small team of volunteers will prepare and serve the seasonal homecooked meal, fully embracing the ideals of Slow Food. Proceeds support The Grain Project, a Santa Ana-based nonprofit committed to promoting unified, healthy, sustainable communities through farmers' markets, community gardens, and public art.

Appetizer Trio of Homemade Artisan Bread and Grilled Cheese Sandwiches with Root Vegetable chips ~ Roasted Butternut Squash Salad with Warm Cider Vinaigrette ~ Ancho Chile Braised Short Ribs served with Heirloom Black Beans and Fresh Corn Cakes ~ Seasonal Fresh Fruit Tart and Homemade Ice Cream (exact fruit determined by Farmers Market selection at the time of the event)
