Seasonal Cooking: Pumpkins + Squash
We are excited to have Chris Dyce* provide the most wonderful seasonal menu. His menu will include:
1. Appetizer: Seasonal Tartine
2. Main Course: Butternut Squash (from the Farm) Risotto with roasted Organic Free-Range Chicken and a side of Ambler Farm Greens
3. Dessert- Pumpkin Ginger Biscotti
Chris is classically trained at Johnson-Wales and has worked at many fine restaurants across the country including Jean Banchet of Le Franceis out of Chicago, Tomas Hennkelman at Homestead inn in Greenwich, Francois Dongo at L'escale in Greenwich. He takes joy in utilizing seasonal, local , sustainable, organic food. Chris will teach how us how to prepare this same menu for guests in our own homes while we enjoy this meal among friends at Ambler Farm.
*Please note that Chris Dyce is a different instructor than was previously advertised. Chris is a professionally trained Chef whose passion is bringing the Farm home to our Tables. Please let us know if this change poses a problem for you
