Slow Food Potawatomi Dinner - Mia and Grace
Summer is winding down but we still have a chance to enjoy the lakeshore before the weather turns much colder. Come enjoy a local, seasonal menu created specifically for Slow Food in a beautiful setting. Tentative menu is following (subject to seasonal availability â" because that is what Slow Food is all about):
duck rillette - hickory ridge farms
roasted butternut squash soup w/ apples- funny farm
housemade sausage w/ risotto - pork from creswick farms
grilled watermelon salad w/ herbs? - funny farm, little princess
rabbit ragu - lone pine rabbitry
dessert w/ homemade ice cream. possibly blueberry - r&k farms
