Seasonal Cooking: Labor Day Barbecue
Ambler Farm is pleased to announce an all-new cooking series at the Farm that will focus on how to make delicious meals using food that's local and seasonal.
Adam Halberg, the exceptionally talented group executive chef who runs Barcelona Restaurant, will show us how to prepare an end-of-summer barbecue feast with fresh seasonal ingredients from the Farm. Adam's menu includes:
* Shaved Yellow Squash salad
* Classic Gazpacho with Pimenton croutons
* Roast Beets with Bleu Cheese
* Grilled Pork Tenderloin with Egyptian-spiced Eggplant
Appetizers and a sampling of the courses will be provided along with some suggested wines to pair with the menu.
