Holdfast Collaboration with Scott Dolich - Feb 26th - Thursday
For this Holdfast event, we will be teaming up with a good friend of ours and long-time mentor Scott Dolich from Park Kitchen and The Bent Brick. We will be offering a 10 course meal with 5 paired wines. Half of the courses will be prepared by Holdfast, with the other half prepared by Scott Dolich.
This dinner will be held at Holdfast at Fausse Piste on 537 SE Ash #102 in PDX, at 7:00 on Thursday, February 26th.
