Trenchermen is proud to be the first to welcome Scribe Winery as they introduce their wines to the Chicago market. Join us for a truly special 5 course wine dinner on Thursday February 19 at 7pm.
Scribe Winery of Sonoma, California has been turning heads in the wine world since opening in 2009. Winemakers Adam and Andrew Mariani are 4th generation farmers leading a new generation of young winemakers. Scribe prides itself on producing wines that express an unmistakable sense of place unique to Northern California.
