Spider Saloff in Concert
Spider Saloff, award winning cabaret and jazz singer will be performing a program of cabaret music by Jewish composers who used their Jewish roots to express themselves in their composition. A pre-concert lecture on these composers, as well as the influence of Jewish melodies on cabaret, will be given by Jesse Rosenberg, Associate Professor of Musicology at Northwestern University.
