Have you been contemplating the joy of summer BBQ's, but feel a little isolated because you can't enjoy a hamburger bun or you don't eat the traditional meat based meal? Well, Hands On Gourmet has a solution for you. Participate in our "All American BBQ" workshop and you will be able to savor all the goodness of summer BBQ-ing without the gluten, dairy or meat.

In the All American BBQ workshop you will be learning how to make gluten-free hamburger buns, mouth watering patties (that could even turn a die-hard meat lover), and some traditional sides like potato salad and strawberry shortcake with coconut ice cream to top it all off.
