Slow Food Indy Father's Day Spit Fest - Fundraising Event

Join us for Father's Day on the farm again this year for a SFI fundrasing event. This year Chef Chris Ely is roasting a hog and SFI is hosting a local foods pot-luck side dish competition.

There will be a panel of judges to taste your side dish and choose a winner.

Prizes include:

1st prize - Two Tickets to Jack Johnson at Verizon Wireless Music Center on Friday, July 23rd.

2nd prize - Gift certificate to Randle Family Farm.

This event will be hosted at the farm of Dave Randle (www.Randle-Family-Farm.com) and is one of our annual fundraising events.

Throughout the afternoon hay ride tours will be offered and attendees are alsowelcome to walk around the farm, stroll the fields, etc. A farm stand will be set up offering Randle Family Farm products for sale.

Non-meat eaters in attendance are asked to give a donation in any amount as part of this SFI fundraiser, and of course are welcome to participate fully in the side dish competition.

Attendees are welcome to bring their own alcohol to the farm.
