The Cheese Bar Spectacular
Adam Berger of Ten-01 and the artisan formerly known as Steve's Cheese have announced a collaborative special event called "The Cheese Bar Spectacular" which is taking place on Monday, June 21st from 6-9pm. The event features tastings of 100 of Steve's favorite artisan cheeses, wine selections from Ten 01's Sommelier Jeff Groh, and entry includes two drink tickets for draft beer or wine by the glass and a five dollar voucher to Cheese Bar. Tickets are $39 in advance or $49 at the door. For patrons looking for a more exclusive experience, VIP tickets are available for a 5-6pm tasting that includes sparkling wine and champagne. VIP tickets are $59.
