Ebb & Flow / Rising Tide Beer Dinner
Ebb & Flow has teamed up with Rising Tide for our first beer dinner of 2015!
Chef/Owner William D'Auvray has selected five of his favorite beers from Rising Tide and will be pairing each with a Mediterranean-inspired dish. The event kicks off at 6pm with a meet-and-greet in our bar, complete with a refreshing beer cocktail and amuse bouche. Dinner starts at 6:30pm.
Rising Tide owners Nathan and Heather Sanborn will be on hand to offer tasting and production notes on all the selected beers.
We hope you'll join us in celebrating the beers from one of Portland's best breweries!
