Fermenting Class
This is a hands on fermenting class in which everyone will tour the farm and pick a variety of vegetables and herbs. We will then prepare everything while Fab Ferments provides instruction and useful details on why and how to ferment food. Everyone will take home 3 jars of fermented food.
