Italian Wine Dinner at CulinAriane

Slow Food Northern New Jersey is pleased to team with renowned local chef Ariane Duarte and Italian Wine Merchants, New York City's premier Italian wine purveyer, to offer a food and wine dinner at CulinAriane in Montclair, New Jersey. Chef Duarte will prepare a four course menu. Each course will be accompanied by wines recommended by the staff at IWM.

First Course: Seared diver scallops with fava bean puree

Second course: Potato cheese croquette with smoked pork belly, peppalicious aioli

Third course: Sliced coriander cured pork loin with creamy toasted garlic polenta, crispy onions, pork jus

Dessert: Chunky chocolate pudding tart with almond chantilly cream.
