Savor Bristol Bay salmon cooking class
Celebrated Seattle chef and cookbook author, Becky Selengut, will be teaching a special Bristol Bay salmon cooking class as part of Seattle's Savor Bristol Bay week. Come learn new ways to prepare Bristol Bay salmon in your kitchen, including some of Becky's favorite wild salmon recipes.
After the cooking class, students will have a chance to savor some Bristol Bay salmon while learning about Bristol Bay's salmon fishery and the people and places that make Bristol Bay, Alaska so unique. Bristol Bay fishing families will be on hand to share their stories as will Trout Unlimited and Slow Food Seattle representatives who are working together to promote and protect Bristol Bay's salmon.
