Special Dinner Event: Exploring Latin American Wine Hosted by Chef Jacques Gautier & Wine Expert Jayne Rockmill
Diners will enjoy a six course seasonal menu with a focus on Local Greenmarket ingredients paired with an eclectic selection of Latin American wines. This will be the first wine dinner at Palo Santo to feature such a broad and eclectic range of wines from five different countries and a number of lesser known varietals such as: Tannat, Torrontes, Bonarda, Merselan, and Petite Verdot.

Among the countries represented will be the obvious big players in South American wine: Argentina and Chile, along with more obscure Uruguay, Brazil and Mexico. During and after the meal Chef Jacques Gautier, accompanied by seasoned wine expert Jayne Rockmill, will be available to discuss the food, the wine and the pairings. This is an experience to further explore the diversity of Latin America's thriving wine culture.
4% of all event ticket sales will benefit Grow NYC's (formerly the Council of the Environment of New York City) New Farmers Development Project that helps immigrant farmers New York's Hudson Valley & Catskill Regions, New Jersey and northeastern Pennsylvania.
Guests must be 21 years or older.
