Hands-On Workshop: Gluten-Free Baking
This gluten-free baking workshop is the second in a series of Hands-On classes created by Hands On Gourmet. This workshop will give you the knowledge and the tools to work with various gluten-free flours so that you can make (and eat) delicious baked goodies at home. On the menu for this workshop will be Chewy Chocolate Chip Cookies, Black Forest Cupcakes with Balsamic Sour Cherries and Mini Key Lime Tartlets with Gingerbread Crust. You will also walk away with your very own gluten-free flour mix and notes & tips to work with at home. BYO-apron or purchase one from HOG for an additional $10. Leading the class is Julieann Moore, the baker not the actress. She is not only a veteran of Tartine Bakery, but a self-made master of gluten-free baking.
