Bring Out the Green: A Celebration of St. Patrick's Day and Urban Greening

Come celebrate St. Patrick's Day and get ready for spring planting at Livable Place's "Bring Out the Green" Party, on Saturday, March 17th from 6-10pm at the Mississippi Ballroom (at N. Mississippi and Shaver).

A party featuring Irish games, music, dance and drink that celebrates Irish culture and the promise of spring for growing gardens and greening our city. A community outreach event hosted by Livable Place, "Bring Out the Green" will showcase several local nonprofit organizations and nurseries and will offer called dancing, live Irish dance performances, authentic food, and games and contests for all ages. Children's activities and various games start at 6pm and the called dancing starts at 7:30pm.
