May Dine-Around Lunch at Northern Spy Food Co.
Please join us for lunch on Tuesday, May 4th at Northern Spy Food Co. (511 East 12th Street, NY). Chef Nathan Foot will prepare a 3-course tasting menu with a glass of wine/beer, for $28/pp, including tax and gratuity.
MENU (tentative)
Starter nibbles:
House-made headcheese, artisanal cheeses, pickled vegetables
First course:
Kale salad with clothbound Cabot cheddar, almonds, roasted kohlrabi
OR
Farmer's salad of snap peas, baby turnips, baby leeks, carrots, cucumbers, and yogurt vinaigrette
Main course:
Long Island sea scallops, foraged mushrooms, watercress puree
Dessert:
Seasonal fruit tart
Included:
Wine or beer glass from our list, guest's choice.
